Our mission at Childcare Network is to provide children with the highest quality early care and education and to serve as a supportive network and resource for families. We want to ensure our program is educational, safe, and affordable for families. Every morning at Childcare Network, parents put their children in trustworthy hands. We are committed to the recruitment and hiring of the best qualified staff. After a new teacher is hired, we support them through ongoing professional development and training.

Training and Development

At Childcare Network, all newly hired teachers must complete an extensive six week long training and orientation program. Upon hire, new teachers are paired with another senior staff member or school trainer to guide them through the orientation program using our comprehensive teacher training manual. The program provides new teachers with the advantage of receiving hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring during the completion of assigned activities and requirements.

Even then, the training doesn't end. Our teachers have access to our online training center with over 120 modules available in our ever expanding course catalog. We also provide various instructor led trainings throughout the year. Finally, our Company sponsored educational assistance program covers 100% of the cost of tuition and books for our teachers enrolled in an early childhood degree program. During the past five years, we have invested over one million dollars in this program. All to ensure our teachers are the best in their field. The way we see it, better-trained teachers means a better environment for each child and a better experience for you.
